School Traffic Safety

With Thales Academy starting their academic year we ask our residents to please be mindful of morning traffic. Please be careful of students walking to school in the mornings and afternoons. Let's make this school year a great one!

As the new school year begins, we kindly remind everyone to be mindful of the increased traffic around our neighborhood, particularly during the morning and afternoon school hours. The safety of our children is paramount, and with school buses, student drop-offs, and children walking or biking to school, it’s essential to stay alert and exercise extra caution. Please be patient, adhere to speed limits, and avoid any distractions while driving. Your attentiveness and cooperation can significantly contribute to ensuring a safe environment for our students as they travel to and from school.

Additionally, we encourage parents and guardians to plan ahead and allow extra time for their commutes during peak school traffic times. Consider carpooling or walking with your children to school to help reduce congestion. For those not directly involved in school drop-offs or pick-ups, please consider using alternative routes or adjusting your schedule to avoid busy school zones during peak hours. Together, we can create a safer and more efficient traffic flow, making our community a better place for everyone.
