The club has two primary goals. One, to bring awareness/financial support to the quest for a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. Second, to promote a healthy lifestyle through cycling and friendship.
ABOUT US
We ride on Saturdays leaving from Thanksgiving Elementary School and midweek leaving from Anderson Point Park. Starting April 4th our Saturday rides will be SAG supported and created to help members reach specific riding goals. April is a perfect time to join us!
We will have 3 distances to choose from each Saturday and multiple pace groups. Route destinations include Selma, Micro, Shoeheel, Kenly, Middlesex, Buckhorn Reservoir, Wilson and more. Come explore Johnston and the surrounding counties with us on your bicycle, get some exercise and make new friends.

BENEFITS OF CYCLING
Cycling offers numerous physical and mental benefits. It is an excellent choice for fitness and well-being. It supports weight management, cardiovascular health, joint health, muscle strength, improved flexibility and balance. Mental health benefits include stress relief and enhanced cognitive function. When you ride with a group you have the added benefits of social interaction, motivation & encouragement.
