Reid Stephenson serves as the CEO of Flowers. Growing up around 50/42 in Garner, North Carolina, Reid learned the value of hard work, dedication, and community at an early age — principles that continue to define both his leadership style and his commitment to the growth of Flowers Plantation today.
A graduate of Cleveland High School, Reid earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from North Carolina Wesleyan College in 1983. Always driven to expand his knowledge and professional expertise, he later earned a mechanical engineering degree from I.C.S. in Scranton, Pennsylvania, in 1999. In 1996, he became a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, combining his backgrounds in accounting, engineering, and real estate to build a well-rounded foundation for leadership in the development industry.
Reid officially joined Flowers Plantation on August 26, 2011, beginning his career within the organization in accounting. Over the years, he worked through every division of the company, gaining hands-on experience and developing a comprehensive understanding of the operations, vision, and long-term goals of the community. His dedication, strategic mindset, and passion for excellence ultimately led to his appointment as CEO in 2020.
Today, Reid serves as both the leader and public face of Flowers Plantation, one of North Carolina’s premier master-planned communities. He is heavily involved in shaping the future of the community through strategic planning, public speaking engagements, media interviews, presentations, and ongoing community development initiatives. Known for his tireless work ethic and approachable leadership style, Reid remains deeply committed to creating a vibrant, welcoming, and innovative place for residents and future generations alike.
Reid has been a resident of Johnston County his entire life and after developing his family farm into an estate home community, Chadbourne, Reid relocated to Flowers Plantation in 2020, further strengthening his personal connection to the community he proudly represents. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Patricia Lee Roberts, at their home alongside their beloved Australian Terrier, Ty.

Ryan Jordan

With more than 20 years of service in law enforcement and emergency services, Ryan Jordan serves as the Community Relations Director for Flowers Plantation, where he coordinates community events, public relations initiatives, and outreach efforts throughout the community. In addition, Ryan oversees the Public Safety Division, working closely with residents, law enforcement, and community partners to help ensure Flowers Plantation remains a safe and welcoming community for all.
A former Chief of Police, Ryan holds a degree in Criminal Justice and is a state-certified Specialized Law Enforcement Instructor with an Advanced Law Enforcement Certification. He continues to serve as a police officer and instructs law enforcement courses, reflecting his enduring commitment to public safety and professional development.
Complementing his policing career, Ryan also brings more than 24 years of Fire and EMS experience. He remains an active firefighter and is a certified First Responder, CPR, and AED Instructor. His extensive background in emergency services provides valuable insight and leadership in overseeing safety initiatives and community engagement efforts across Flowers Plantation.
Ryan is married to his wife, Melanie, and together they have three daughters.
Steven Driver

Steven Driver has proudly served as Foundation Superintendent since January 2022, bringing more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the landscaping and lawn care industry. Before joining Flowers Plantation, Steven spent three decades successfully owning and operating his own landscaping business, where he built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, dependable service, and lasting customer relationships.
With extensive knowledge in landscape management and property maintenance, Steven plays a key role in helping maintain the beauty, appearance, and overall quality of the community. His leadership style is rooted in hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating welcoming outdoor spaces for residents and visitors alike.
Fluent in Spanish, Steven’s strong communication skills allow him to connect effectively with a diverse range of clients, vendors, team members, and stakeholders. He is known for his approachable personality, dedication to service, and ability to foster positive working relationships throughout the community.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, especially making memories with his granddaughters. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing, playing guitar, and appreciating the simple moments that matter most.
Anthony Cauzillo

Anthony serves as the Data Manager and technical lead for the foundation, bringing a strong background in IT support, systems management, and data analytics to the team. With a passion for technology and problem-solving, he plays a key role in developing efficient digital solutions, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the organization’s systems run smoothly and effectively. Anthony’s ability to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking helps support the foundation’s mission through accurate reporting, streamlined processes, and reliable data management.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, playing video games, and exploring the outdoors whenever he gets the chance.
Fredie Davis

Fredie Davis brings more than four decades of accounting and financial management experience across the manufacturing and development industries. Throughout his distinguished career, he has earned a reputation for integrity, precision, and a steady commitment to operational excellence. His extensive background includes financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and long-term fiscal management, providing organizations with the strategic insight needed to support sustainable growth and sound decision-making.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Freddie values family and community above all else. He and his wife of 47 years proudly reside in the Flowers community, where they enjoy the area’s many amenities and strong sense of neighborhood connection. Together, they have raised two children and are proud grandparents to five grandchildren who bring energy and joy to their lives. Their home is also shared with two beloved pets, adding even more warmth and companionship to their family life.

Mandy Cort is a proud Johnston County native who brings warmth, organization, and a strong sense of community to her role as Office Coordinator at Flowers Plantation. After graduating from UNC–Chapel Hill, Mandy spent several years working in the entertainment industry, traveling across the country and gaining valuable experience along the way.
After many years on the West Coast, Mandy and her husband, Chet, decided to return home to raise their family in the place they’ve always loved most. Today, Mandy is thrilled to be part of the Flowers Plantation family, where she enjoys helping residents, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Andrew Medley

Andrew Medley serves as a Public Safety Officer at Flowers Plantation, bringing a well-rounded background in law enforcement and public safety with over 5 years of experience. Andrew currently works full-time as a Federal Probation Officer, where he plays a vital role in upholding public safety and supporting community reintegration efforts. A graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy, Andrew distinguished himself by earning both the Top Gun Award and the Officer Safety Award—testaments to his skill, discipline, and dedication to the field.
Bailey Pope

Bailey is a dedicated Public Safety Officer (PSO) currently serving with Flowers Plantation Public Safety With 17 years of combined experience in law enforcement and private security, she brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of her community. Outside of her professional duties, Bailey is married with 3 children, balancing her career with a strong focus on family.
Joseph Biundo

With over four decades of dedicated public service, Joe brings a wealth of experience in emergency response, law enforcement, and community leadership. He retired after 25 years as a police medic, where he provided advanced pre-hospital care in high-risk environments, supported tactical law enforcement operations, and responded to a wide range of medical emergencies in the field. His dual role required quick decision-making, resilience under pressure, and a strong commitment to both public safety and patient care. Joe also worked 10 years as a Bay Constable, where he was responsible for enforcing maritime laws, promoting boater safety, and protecting natural resources throughout local waterways.
Joe’s commitment to the fire service spans more than 39 years as a volunteer firefighter, during which he held multiple leadership roles including Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Chief, and Chief. He also served over 8 years as a trustee, contributing to the strategic direction and oversight of the department. Currently, Joe is working toward his National registry AEMT certification and maintains current CPR certification. His lifelong service reflects a deep-rooted dedication to protecting and serving his community. Joe is married with 1 daughter and 3 grandkids.
Randy Tew

Randy Tew is a dedicated Public Safety Officer with Flowers Plantation, bringing decades of experience and a deep commitment to public service. A native of North Carolina, Randy graduated from South Johnston High School in 1980 and went on to earn an Associate of Applied Science in Agriculture Business from Fayetteville Technical Institute in 1983.
Steve Amaon

Steve serves as an officer with the Public Safety Division within Flowers Plantation. Steve recently retired from the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office after 28 years of service. Steve served as a Lieutenant for more than two decades in the Patrol Division at the Sheriff’s Office.
Tim Gupton

Tim recently retired from the United States Probation Office in Raleigh, NC after nearly 30 years of service in both federal and state probation. Throughout his career, he dedicated himself to promoting safety, accountability, and rehabilitation, building lasting relationships within the justice system and the communities he served.
A proud graduate of Wake Forest University, Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, along with an advanced corrections certificate from the North Carolina Department of Justice. He also maintains his Advanced Emergency Medical Technician certification through the NC Office of Emergency Medical Services, a reflection of his continued commitment to helping others and being ready to step in when needed.
As a lifelong resident of Franklin County, Tim has a deep appreciation for community and service. He currently lives there with his son, Jackson, who is a junior at Appalachian State University. Outside of work, Tim enjoys staying active, connecting with neighbors, and supporting local initiatives that strengthen the place he has always called home.
Tyler Clark

Tyler holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University and retired in 2021 from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol after 30 years of dedicated service. Throughout his career, he served in a variety of roles across the state, including Field Operations, the Training Academy, Internal Affairs, and Patrol Headquarters. He concluded his tenure with the Highway Patrol as a Lieutenant at Troop C Headquarters in Raleigh.
Tyler brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in law enforcement to his current role and remains committed to serving the citizens of North Carolina. He resides in Flowers with his wife, and together they are proud parents of two children who attend N.C. State University.

Located at 4880 NC HWY 42 E, The Flowers Homeplace is a colonial-style structure built in 1940 by Joshua Percy Flowers. We know that our guests and visitors alike will enjoy visiting this historic jewel of Johnston County.
