Position Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience handling intercompany transactions along with the ability to analyze financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities (LLCs, partnerships, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Track and report property-level performance (NOI, cash flow, budgets)
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for properties and corporate entities
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries
- Full responsibility for accounts payable and receivable processes

Qualifications:

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and experience with various accounting software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for payment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain and strengthen the Flowers Plantation brand across all print, digital, and social media platforms.

Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview
The primary responsibility is to communicate with potential clients as well as current homeowners via phone, email and face to face while having a deep understanding of the history, current policies, and future of Flowers Plantation communities.
A secondary responsibility is to act as an executive assistant to management, performing various tasks such as scheduling, clerical work, and personal tasks as requested.
The final responsibility will be to serve as the office coordinator and keep office supply inventories stocked as well as various related tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable of all residential and commercial real estate properties within Flowers Plantation as well as upcoming projects nearby
- Greet and provide guidance and assist buyers and new home prospects for the new home neighborhood that best fits their price and needs
- Record and log Visitor information: -Use Follow Up Boss program for following up with Visitors and leads -Ensure follow up emails are sent to Visitors and leads
- Prepare Visitor packets and maintain a minimum of 10 in inventory
- Keep inventory of office supplies and marketing materials; order more as needed
- Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, faxing, mailing, scheduling, etc.
- Assist the owner with various requests as needed
- Provide input on marketing materials based on conversations with guests
- Manage the rental and return of realtor signs and open house signs, tracking inventory and transactions.

Position Overview
As a member of the Flowers Plantation Public Safety Division, you will play a visible and trusted role in maintaining a safe, calm, and professional presence throughout the community. This position emphasizes prevention, communication, and de-escalation, rather than enforcement alone.
Qualifications:

Real Estate Office Professional
Full-time | $90,000 - $100,000 | Clayton, NC
Position Overview
Main objective is to coordinate the best marketing efforts for a community and to be familiar with all sales data for each neighborhood.
Marketing:
- Determine publications and websites to best place ads.
- Maintain current information for residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain consistent signage.
- Implement plans to increase the traffic to the Welcome Center
- Monitor emails from the website and Follow Up Boss. Direct emails to the appropriate staff as needed.
- Work with the social media staff to make sure that all information about the community and events is promoted on the website and all social media, i.e., face book pages, twitter, and Instagram.
- Assist with newsletters and Treasure magazine to include all sales / marketing information.
- Organize and facilitate a quarterly builder/agent meeting.
- Prepare entries and submit for various awards like STARS and MAME

- Responsible for organizing all advertising materials for Parade of Homes for Builder entries.

- Coordinate preparation of brochures, fliers.
- Ensure all marketing materials are current and consistent with all new home and neighborhood information.
Duties:
